Very concerned about TRPA and Washoe county allowing developers to do what they want which is ruining Lake Tahoe. Where is the low income housing for our service workers? Where is the evacuation plan?
I’ve been coming to Tahoe and living here for over 50 years and growth and tourism is ruining the lifestyle of residents.
I agree trpa has abandon their mandate to protect lake Tahoe and residents jay & linda danzig
I am very concerned that
TRPA is not
Doing its job .
The IVGID magazine has transitioned into a GM PR publication instead of focusing on what we either need to know or need to be reminded on, such as evacuation in the event of a wildfire or articles on our stewardship of the management of the basin to include lake clarity.

Would also like to mention two things:
1). Why are there not more recycle bins in and around Incline (other than the park and beach)? Especially here in Tahoe where all is so environmentally careful.
2). Will there ever be a stop sign or stoplight or a red flashing light at Tahoe Blvd. and (the second or more eastern) Northwood? I expect one day to see a number of accidents there with left turns and crossing of Tahoe Blvd.
