Accounting Issues Posts Facebook Our Village Voice Home Posts Our Village Voice updated their status. More Financial SHENANIGANS with the Utility Fund Over the past year, several citizens have expressed concerns that the Board of Trustees is appropriating money for projects for which the District does not have money.
